How to read it
Keep the source boundary attached
- Journal coverage and source counts answer different questions: one journal can use more than one source for the same decision.
- A blank decision in a journal path means it was outside the mapped job, not that the journal has no relevant rule.
- Decision labels make heterogeneous official pages comparable; they are not publisher-authored categories.
