Usually 10-25 Full Review credits for one lab, research program, or writing-support group.
Seats
Lab members can participate during the scoped pilot, with one PI or administrator as the billing owner.

Procurement card for faster starts, or invoice/PO when your institution needs purchasing paperwork.
Expansion path
If usage is real, the pilot can roll into a recurring lab plan with replenished credits and the same workspace history.

When a recurring plan is worth renewing
A recurring lab plan should retain because it becomes part of the manuscript workflow, not because a team is paying for abstract access to AI. We look for renewal fit during the pilot.
Questions PIs ask
Is our unpublished work safe in a shared portal?
Your lab gets a private, lab-scoped workspace with no cross-lab visibility. Manuscript content is never used to train any AI model, access is limited to the review workflow, and a data-processing agreement is available on request. If a project may include PHI, FERPA-covered data, export-controlled material, or other regulated content, contact us before upload so we can scope the right path.
We already do journal club. Why this?
Journal club reviews other people's published papers and builds judgment, but it never touches your lab's own unpublished drafts and leaves no record of what was flagged. The portal closes that gap and keeps the record.
Is AI feedback trustworthy?
The engine is calibrated from early work with 35+ CNS-experienced reviewers and senior scientists, with citation-integrity and statistical-reporting checks built into the workflow. Treat it as a strong first pass that makes the PI's read faster, not a replacement for it. It is review, not editing, ghostwriting, live human peer review, or a guarantee of acceptance.
