Service

Manusights provides AI-assisted manuscript analysis for pre-submission quality assessment. Results are informational and do not guarantee publication outcomes.

Data

You retain all rights to your manuscript. We process manuscripts under zero-retention conditions - they are deleted immediately after analysis and never used for model training.

Payment

Paid analysis includes a tiered refund policy. Within 60 days of purchase, refund requests are honored with no questions asked. After 60 days and within 12 months of purchase, a refund is available if the delivered report did not flag at least 3 substantive issues in your manuscript (issues marked as Critical or Important severity in the report’s issue list).

To request a refund after the 60-day window, email team@manusights.com with your job ID. Year-1 refund requests are adjudicated against the delivered report’s issue count and severity tier in good faith.
