Start with the correct EPJ family owner

EPJ C is not a generic European physics journal. Its identity is particles and fields, spanning experimental and theoretical work in high-energy physics and connected areas. The paper is routed by method instead of physics. A manuscript may use collider data, lattice calculations, or a familiar high-energy tool without making a particles-and-fields contribution.
